What is ARC Space coworking?
We’re a coworking space in Nottingham city centre, basically your work-from-home setup, but better. Think great Wi-Fi, comfy desks, unlimited coffee and friendly faces. Social when you want it, focused when you don’t.

Who is ARC Space for?
From freelancers, remote workers and creatives, to professional consultancies and entrepreneurs; anyone who works better around other humans (and dogs). Whether you’re here for a day or setting up camp long-term, you’ll fit right in.

Are there hidden costs?
Nope. Our resident members have all inclusive memberships. One monthly fee covers you for everything including access to the space, wifi, all bills/ utilities and even bottomless hot drinks! We want to make sure you dont have to worry about any setup for your or your team. The space is fully serviced and managed by our on site team so you will never have to worry.

Do you have private office/ studio spaces ?
Absolutely. We have a range of private self contained studios for teams ranging from 4 person to 12 person! If you wanted to move your team across to us longer term these spaces would be perfect for you.

What makes ARC Space different?
Alongside the essentials, we offer everything from meeting rooms and printing, to a pool table and on-site coffee house, bar and venue; all brought together by a genuinely welcoming community. With regular socials and activities throughout the month, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, collaborate, and occasionally step away from your laptop! It’s a space designed to support focused work, creative exploration, and meaningful connections. Our 5 star reviews speak for themselves!

Is the space quiet?
We have quieter areas for deep focus and more social zones for chatting and collaborating. Headphones are always welcome, and we’re big on being respectful of each other’s space.

Can I take video chats in the space?
Of course. We ask that members use our designated phone booths for longer or louder calls where possible. They’re available to all members at no extra cost.

Can I bring my dog to the coworking space?
We’re proudly dog-friendly! 🐶 Well-behaved pups will always be very happily welcomed by our community, as long as they’re comfortable around people and other dogs.

Can I bring guests to the coworking space?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring guests for meetings. Just give us a heads-up and make sure they sign in downstairs - it helps us keep the space safe and running smoothly for everyone. If you'd like someone to work with you for the day, just ask them to grab a day pass!

Do you have meeting rooms available to book?
Yes, we have 2 meeting rooms, available to book by members and non-members. They can fit up to 10 people!
Resident members can book them free of charge, or if you’re happy to keep things more informal, there are plenty of relaxed breakout areas around the space that are perfect for casual chats and catch-ups. If you're not a resident member, just send us an email to book by the hour!

What are the opening hours of ARC Space?
We're open to everyone 8:30am - 6pm weekdays. Our resident and studio memberships include 24/7 access, because inspiration doesn't always stick to office hours!

How do I join ARC Space coworking?
Easy. Send us an email, book a day pass, or come in for the day and we'll get you set up in person! You can also book a free tour. We love showing people around and we can chat through any more burning questions you might have in person. We can’t wait to meet you!
