What is the ground floor at ARC Space?
The ground floor of ARC Space is home to Kawfee, our speciality coffee shop in Nottingham city centre, Nook, our curated independent gift shop, and our flexible event space and bar Laceworks - all set inside a beautifully restored old lace factory. It’s a creative, welcoming space where you can grab a coffee, get some work done, buy local gifts, join us for an event or grab an after work drink in our enclosed beer garden.

Is the ground floor open to the public?
Yes, the ground floor is open to everyone, not just coworking members. Whether you’re meeting friends, working remotely, or just passing through Nottingham city centre, you’re very welcome.

What are your opening hours for Kawfee, Laceworks and Nook?
Our speciality coffee shop, Kawfee is open:

Monday–Friday: 8am–4pm

Saturday: 10am–4pm

Sunday: 10am–3pm

Laceworks, our bar in Nottingham city centre, is open to the public Thursday–Saturday from 4pm–11pm and may open on other days for private hire and special events.

Nook, our independent gift shop is open Monday–Saturday from
10am–4pm.

We occasionally extend hours for public events, check our socials for updates.

What kind of events do you host at Laceworks?
We host everything from community socials and workshops to magic shows, puppy cuddling, live music and creative evenings. Some events are organised by us, others are hosted by local creatives and businesses.​ There’s usually something going on and if not, the coffee and cocktails are still amazing!

Can I hire the space for a private event?
Yes! ARC Space is available for private hire. It’s perfect for everything from launches, networking evenings, workshops, parties and team socials to weddings! Just get in touch with a few details about what you’re planning and we’ll chat through options.
