Meeting Room 1
Ground floor
10-person capacity | £50 + VAT per hour
Our largest meeting room is a flexible, workshop-style space designed for collaborative sessions and group meetings. It features a spacious 10-person table and a 65-inch screen, making it ideal for presentations, workshops and team discussions.
Located on our ground floor, the room sits right next to our speciality coffee house while it’s open, meaning you're never far from freshly brewed coffee, delicious cakes and toasties. It’s perfect for team away days, brainstorming workshops, strategy meetings, presentations and collaborative projects.
Meeting Room 2
First Floor
5-person capacity | £40 + VAT per hour
A smaller, more intimate meeting room, perfect for focused conversations and smaller teams. The room features a 5-person table and a 37-inch screen, providing everything you need for a productive meeting without the formality of a larger boardroom.
It’s particularly suited to one-to-one meetings, interviews, small team catch-ups, planning sessions, consultations and focused project work.
Meeting Room 3
Second Floor
8-person capacity | £60 + VAT per hour
Our most traditional boardroom-style meeting room, designed for professional meetings where presentation and collaboration are key. This bright room features an 8-person conference table and a Microsoft Surface Hub interactive smart screen, allowing you to present, annotate, collaborate and share ideas with ease.
The room is perfect for board meetings, client presentations, strategy sessions, team planning, workshops, training and important discussions that call for a more formal meeting environment.
Tea
& Coffee
All meeting room bookings include unlimited tea and coffee from the kitchens on our coworking floors, so your team can help themselves throughout the day.
Want to make your meeting a little more special? You can pre-order speciality drinks from our on-site coffee house, Kawfee, or purchase refreshments on the day. We can also discuss catering options for longer meetings, workshops and team away days, with catering packages starting from around £10 per person.
